Only Child
Fear of abandonment and anxious attachment style, however they are bother exacerbated by other contributing factors
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Asexuality is not a hormone imbalance, it’s not just trauma (though it can come from it), it is genuinely a sexual orientation, like any other
Fingerboarders
Try it yourself
Agender
,
LGBTQIA+
Gender exists in the same way countries do. It’s made up, but not fake.
Introverts
People seems to think me boring, as far as i understand.
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Sex, speaking for myself is more about pleasing my loved one and wanting to make them feel good.
Introverts
I don’t talk a lot and that seems to bother people
Bisexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Since I’m more into one gender than the other, I worry that I need to like women more to be valid.
Twins
I don’t have trouble with looks, but sometimes when people complement my identical twin it’s weird, and I don’t say anything (I usually take it as people being into them, so Idc)
Fictosexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Being fictosexual doesn’t mean you are inherently anti-social and incapable of “real life” relationships. It’s infuriating to see that rhetoric spun around repeatedly. I’m fictosexual and I’m in a “real life” relationship.
LGBTQIA+
,
Non-Binary
To me, non-binary means no rules I have to follow. No predetermined roles I have to fit. No expectations. No part I’m force to play. I can simply be me and there are no longer rules saying I’m being me wrong.
Twins
I almost always laugh at people when they mix us up… We look and act so differently
Countries
,
People Living in Luxembourg
Peaceful and quiet
Only Child
I see a lot more of siblings not getting along than i see examples of close ones. it seems like them maintaining their relationship is a chore and expectation.
Fingerboarders
Just have fun and don’t listen to stupid people that don’t understand your passion and don’t be afraid to show your passion, for example recently i started to bring my fingerboard at school and actually got some friends into fingerboarding
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
I can actually view women as people rather than sex objects
Introverts
I was an extrovert as a small kid, but after realising something was wrong with me because I never had friends, I became introverted (and found out I was diagnosed with autism, which makes sense.)
Agender
,
LGBTQIA+
I do feel agender. For me that feels like a sort of body dysphoria that I shouldn’t have anything that could identify me as male or female and I feel beyond the stereotypes set by gender giving me a sort of freedom to be who I am instead of what being male would have me be.
Introverts
I was too nervous to talk to anyone in HS, so I never made any friends and quickly became an outcast
Twins
We share a special connection, but no twins have telepathy, and the ones who say they do are lying
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
At the beginning, I thought it was mostly “doesn’t wanna have sex” and while I know now the definition is more akin to “doesn’t feel sexual attraction” the first definition still applies to me
Twins
People have legitimately, un-ironically asked if I ever wake up and think I’m my sister
Fingerboarders
Don’t listen to what the other people say , just be yourself and have fun 😀
Introverts
In the past when I had a career, introversion made life exceptionally difficult. I was fired for being too quiet, too hesistant, not social enough, etc. Extroverts are cruel.
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
When I learned about the term I was like “ooooh, so that’s what I am”
Bigender
,
LGBTQIA+
Gender is a thing that exists and people do experience it. For me, I just get to experience it squared.
Albinism
Don’t be ashamed of your condition, it ain’t going away so you may as well embrace it
Countries
,
People Living in Luxembourg
It’s nice, safe, clean, and friendly. Lots of green space and quiet area. Easy to travel.
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
I wish people didn’t assume asexuality is a fear of sex. It’s not a trauma induced orientation, just like homosexuality isn’t trauma induced. There is no rhyme or reason for being asexual, we simply are.
Twins
Since we spend so much time together, we have terms, jokes or sign languages that only the both of us understand. We think very much alike but I wouldn’t call it telepathy
Introverts
Sometimes, most of the time i prefer to be left alone because i want some alone time for myself so i can think about things that have been going on, so yeah i sometimes isolate myself and its soothing
Gender Fluid
,
LGBTQIA+
Honestly I just find it to be the best all encompassing label. I hardly believe anyone can feel like just one thing for the rest of their lives.
Fingerboarders
It surprised me how big and supportive fb scene is. Gotta love it.
Only Child
Everyone thinks I’m very friendly, so I really don’t think being an only child affected my social skills in a negative way. In fact it may have even encouraged me to seek out more social relationships.
Introverts
If affects my career in a way that I find a comfort zone and remain there instead of moving up.
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Love is okay, sex is gross. I feel love – but not in romantic way. I love my cats, i love my job.
Albinism
I don’t do a whole lot of extra activities, partially because I’m visually impaired and/or because I can’t be out under the sun for long, but I like my life.
Countries
,
People Living in Luxembourg
Stable but boring
Introverts
The world caters to the walking noise machines
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
Discovering asexuality was a positive, exciting thing. I did not have to “come to terms with it”; I embraced it. It felt good to know it was a thing, and that it made sense for me
Twins
I struggled to find my own identity for a long time. I feel very good about it now, and actually have started redefining myself as who I am today AND a twin.
Agender
,
LGBTQIA+
No gender means more freedom. I get joy from presenting androgynous, but also from looking however the hell i want without the constant thinking “but that’s what only girls/boys wear”
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
I wish people understood that asexuality isn’t hating sex and never having sex.
Fingerboarders
No. Ability to fingerboard does not translate into ability to skate
Albinism
There are a lot of things the government has decided I can’t do , which I know I can do but they don’t care. So yeah I probably won’t ever have my dream job, but I’m over that.
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
I thought about my attraction to people and I wasn’t able to find any part of it that was sexual.
Countries
,
People Living in Luxembourg
Surprisingly versatile for the size of the country in terms of things to do.
Agender
,
LGBTQIA+
I was asked my gender for the first time and I said no
Introverts
Solo is more fun than people
Asexual
,
LGBTQIA+
I felt broken. I questioned myself what was wrong with me. Why cant i do the things that seem normal for all the other people. Why is it so easy for other people?
