Too many things to list here, mostly: Overcrowding, Corruption, disgusting Architecture in many urban areas, Pollution caused due to far too many vehicles and a very backward mentality from plenty of the population.

No, far from it. There is no greatest.
What advice would you like to give someone who would like to live in/visit Malta?
Live: Change plans unless you are going into a very well paying job.
Visit: Try and soak in all the rich history.

Sliema: English speaking and the most attractive.
What places/things would you recommend people to visit/do?
Visit the temples, Paceville, Mdina, Three Cities, Gozo and Marsaxlokk fish market.

That the weather is great all year round.

Them actually caring about problems.

The weather, accessibly flight routes, very close proximity to Sicily and ability to get to the airport in 20 minutes.

Stopping your car in the street to buy pastizzi and thus creating a traffic jam.

If you are young and ambitious leave a.s.a.p
If you are older (much less likelier to leave due to various commitments) stop ruining the country with your greedy and selfish lifestyle.
