How does dyscalculia affect your day-to-day life?

it makes it really hard to do anything.

What was it like growing up with dyscalculia?

Difficult. I ended up getting anxiety from the stress of the looming math test that I know im going to fail.

Do you tell people you have dyscalculia or is that something that you hope would remain more of a secret?

I try to keep it a secret and tell my close friends because I dont want people to look down on me because of it.

What are your fears that stem from having dyscalculia?

I fear public speaking because of it.

What are things to NOT say or do to people who have dyscalculia?

You’ll get it eventually. It really sucks when someone says this to you because you know that you probably won’t.

Who are your favorite celebrities or characters with dyscalculia?

Bill Gates. I also love the character Henri from Figure It Out, Henri Weldon.
