Someone that needs ALOT of energy to interact with the world. They’re not shy or socially anxious.

It depends. In most cases, I’m just standoffish when I first meet people.

Completing everything I need to do and then chilling after with a hobby.

Very often. For the sweet memes.

Yes they do.

Doing chores, gym usually, journalling, watching TV, guitar.

It’s getting slowly better but still difficult.

Where you both listen to each other and put in the effort to make it work. Spending time with each other, a good level of intimacy, constantly getting to know each other and taking an interest. Being that person’s rock when they need it and sticking up for each other. Show that you genuinely care about them. Have a sense of humour but don’t insult each other.

What temper? That’s the thing.

Giving me my own space until I’m ready to talk.

I love it when it’s from people I know and feel close to.

Alright. I have no complaints.
How does introversion affect your love life?
People think I’m anti social – I’m not. Other than that, I can balance my introversion with the need for a romantic connection.
What is your love language? What should be your partner’s priority when it comes to caring for you?
– Physical touch
– Show that you actually care about me. Show concern, ask if I’m okay, hug me and be my rock when I need it. Reach out to me and extend your arms for me to take advantage of that private space.
What are your thoughts on marriage?
It’s a mixed view but a massive commitment that needs to be thought about very carefully. If you’re more than 100% sure this person is your person, then go for it with the knowledge of what the consequences are, and accepting it wholeheartedly.
How is your mental health?
It’s not the best but with therapy it’s getting better bit by bit.
How does introversion affect your career?
My work place prefers extroverts so, it affects it massively. If you’re not extroverted, you won’t fit in.
In what ways has introversion affected your relationships/friendships negatively?
It’s had an effect on keeping contact with those I love. I don’t reach out as much as I should and I should check in on others. On the other hand, others have not checked in with me.
Have you lost opportunities due to introversion?
More like losing opportunities due to fear and insecurity.
What do you think about small talks and chit-chats?
I try it but it can be a bit boring and sometimes a bit forced.
How do you feel about parties?
Depends on who’s party it is. Mostly, they’re boring.

They’re fine but awkward at the gift giving part. There’s a feeling of awkwardness due to past events and I hate receiving them.
I celebrate with family which is small and sweet.

Either my selfishness or, not listening. They’re on par with each other.

What are your views about extroverts?
Some are too loud, some talk too much and some know social etiquette. My view on extroverts is that some are okay but it’s the small percentage that doesn’t know how to act around other people that aren’t extroverted, and it’s a shame because they might be nice people. They just need to know how to interact properly.

I don’t think I’ve tried to fake it.

I don’t deal with it well. If I can speak to that person about it, fine but arguing is a big no no.

It depends on what it is but not the greatest at dealing with them. But if they make me angry, I’ll tell them to piss off.

Listen to upbeat music. Get the adrenaline going.

Yes but not exactly great at being a leader. You can be an introvert and be a good leader though.

I think some people are good at putting up a front. But I do think there are more extroverts.

‘Why are you so quiet?’ ‘How come you don’t talk?’ you’re too quiet.

No clue.
Do you sometimes wish you weren’t an introvert?
At times. I just wish I was more outgoing and less socially awkward.
What are disadvantages of being an introvert?
We’re seen as not being confident or arrogant. Also, we’re overlooked because of that assumption so, we don’t get promoted and such.
What are advantages of being an introvert?
We have time to process mentally, imo.
What is an introvert’s nightmare?
Personally, my nightmare would be speaking infront of a massive crowd last minute with no prep or any idea what the topic is that I’m meant to be speaking about.

We don’t like to talk. We do, we just need time to process. Also, we’re not anti social.

Why are you so quiet? Speak up.

I get that you don’t want to attend an event at last minute but please do check on your friends to make sure they understand you, and make sure they don’t feel rejected by you. Some people have quality time as their love language.

Please stop asking rude question and just speak to us – we don’t bite. Also, educate yourself on what introversion is.
